Thruxton weekend report

Renowned for its blistering pace, Thruxton has always been a unique challenge for the Ducati. The biggest hurdle? Tyre management.

The abrasive track surface demands careful strategy – knowing exactly where and when to push, especially in longer races, can make or break a result. Adding to the challenge, Scott hadn’t raced here since 2019, and with temperatures soaring into the high 20s, we knew the weekend would test the PBM team.

That’s why the results they came away with feel so good. They ended every session quicker than the last, came away with two top-ten finishes and handled some tricky conditions with composure. Scott stayed calm and precise on track, while the crew worked quickly to fine-tune the bike when needed.
